"Canceling was a little annoying"
I used Punchbowl for one event it worked fine for what I needed. No major issues with the invite part, everything went through okay.
Canceling afterward was more annoying than I expected, though. I had to poke around a few different pages to find the right spot, and it definitely felt like they were hoping I’d just give up and stay subscribed... not terrible, but frustrating.
Once I finally found it, the cancellation did go through and I got the confirmation. So, 3 stars from me, decent service, but the cancellation process could really be easier to find.

"Worked well overall, with one small hiccup"
I used Punchbowl for my kid’s birthday invitations, and for the most part it was easy and quick. The emails seemed to go out fast, and I liked that I could check who had opened the invite instead of guessing whether people saw it.
The only annoying part was that one invite ended up in someone’s spam folder, so I had to follow up with a text just to make sure they got it. Not a major issue, but a little inconvenient. Overall though, it did what I needed and saved me some time.
"Pretty good site... just a little slow here and there"
I used punchbowl.com to make and send out an invite, and overall it was a smooth experience. The site was easy enough to figure out, and I found a design I liked without having to dig around too much... which I appreciated.
The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it did load a bit slowly sometimes, especially when I was editing text or trying to preview everything. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little annoying. Still, the invite turned out nice and it got the job done
"I really liked these templates"
I thought the templates looked really nice, and they were super easy for me to use. Definitely made things feel a lot simpler.

"Text invites were easy"
I sent the invites by text and most people got them quickly, which was nice. There was one small delay that was a little annoying, though. If that starts happening more often, I might have to look for another option, but overall it worked fine this time.

"I’ve used punchbowl a handful of times..."
I’ve used punchbowl a handful of times now for birthday parties and holiday get-togethers, it’s been dependable. The invites actually make it to people’s inboxes, the RSVP tracking does what it’s supposed to do, and setting everything up isn’t some huge headache, which I appreciate. That said, the site can be weirdly slow sometimes, and I’m just like... why are we buffering for an invitation? It’s not a movie. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those tiny things that gets annoying when you’re trying to get stuff done. Overall, it works well and I’ll probably keep using it, but yeah, it’s not totally perfect.
"Pretty good for what you pay"
feels like the subscription is worth it for the price, I’ve been happy with it overall… just wish the reminders worked a little better

"Good options, but I was ready to be done"
There are plenty of ways to customize things, which is nice, and it’s easy once you get into it. It did take me a minute to get through everything though, and I was kind of tired of dealing with another setup by the end

"The invites arrived just in time"
I was bracing myself for some last-minute delivery drama, but the invites showed up right on schedule. Every single delivery went through like it was supposed to, which felt like a small miracle.

"Totally worth it for easy invites"
I used Punchbowl to make a birthday invite it was way easier than I expected. I just picked a design, filled in the details, and sent it out in no time. I’m not usually great with this kind of thing, but I had zero trouble figuring it out. For how quick and simple it was, I’d say it’s definitely worth using.
"Worked great for my kid’s party invites"
I just used the free plan recently for my kid’s birthday invites, so it’s fresh in my mind. There are definitely some limits, but for a small party it was totally fine. Sending everything out was easy, and I liked being able to quickly see who had replied. based on this last experience, I’d use it again.

"RSVP tracking made me wait around"
It did the job overall, but it missed a few RSVP updates and I had to keep checking back like I was supposed to just be patient about it. Kind of frustrating when you're trying to stay organized.

"Support replied faster than I thought they would"
I had a little issue with my invite and ended up emailing support, even though I was kind of expecting it to sit there for a bit since that usually happens with these things. I think I sent it while I was making coffee, so I wasn’t really planning to deal with it right away anyway. But they got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into a whole back-and-forth. It was simple, helpful, and better than I expected.

"The billing caught me off guard at first"
When I first signed up, everything seemed straightforward, but after my first billing cycle, I noticed a few charges I wasn’t expecting. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I do think the billing details could be explained a bit more clearly upfront

"Works fine, but the contacts part felt a little much"
I figured the privacy settings would be confusing, but they were actually easy to understand. The only thing that kind of bothered me was the contacts import, it felt like it kept nudging me to do it, which I usually take as a sign they really want access. Overall, it’s good enough for what I need.

"Easy to use, just a bit slow here and there"
I used the Punchbowl app to send out birthday invites from my phone, and it was simple. Picking a design was easy, and I liked being able to keep track of RSVPs without digging through texts or emails. It did freeze, well, not freeze exactly, more like lag a couple times, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience with it.

"I used Punchbowl for my kid’s..."
I used Punchbowl for my kid’s party invites and the guest list was easy to keep up with, because I could see who opened the invite, who had RSVP’d, make quick updates to names, and just generally keep track of everything without having to text every single parent one by one and then dig back through a million messages later. A couple of things took me a minute to find, but overall it made the whole invite process way less annoying

"Reminders Came Later Than Expected"
I’ve used reminder tools before and usually they’re reliable, but this time the emails came in late and it threw off my invites a bit. Not a huge disaster, but definitely frustrating when I was counting on them to go out on time.
